This document describes the prospect of the human resources development toward transdisciplinarydialogues among humanities and sciences. At a time in the past, "Philosophy" includedboth humanities and sciences. However, as the science has been highly developed, it has been separatedinto multiple disciplines, largely humanities and sciences. But the crisis of today cannot besolved by neither a single discipline nor science. To develop the transdisciplinary research of humanitiesand sciences, we should make 3 concepts of education system. The first is the integratedcurriculum from elementary schools, the second is liberal arts at universities, and the third is interactionsamong established professionals.
