ファルマシア, 55(8) 756-760, 2019現在アンチ・ドーピング活動は、世界アンチ・ドーピング機構（WADA）を中心に組織され活動が行われている。国によってはアンチ・ドーピング法を立法し、ドーピング行為そのものを犯罪化している国（イタリア、スペイン、ドイツ、オーストリアなど）もある。しかしながら、ドーピングの手口は巧妙化・悪質化し、減ってはいない。本稿では、アンチ・ドーピング活動の枠組みを簡単に説明した後に、違反事例の動向、これからのアンチ・ドーピング活動について見ていくことにしたい。
